Return/Exchange Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at HBCU Nightly, A Family Life Brands company. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns/Exchanges

​

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase or from the date the item was shipped for online purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be NEW condition (unwashed, unworn, and/or undamaged, with all tags attached). Your item must be in the original packaging. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Your item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Candles, sale merchandise, clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds for In-Store Purchases

Upon approval of the return we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Refunds for Online Purchases

​

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please allow up to 14 business days for Modern Revival to receive and process your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Our Guarantee To You

We believe in offering quality, comfort and convenience to our guests, and we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and overall shopping experience. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@modernrevival.com within 5 days of receiving the damaged item and we will help to resolve it.

Shipping

​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

NOTE: FOR ONLINE PURCHASES, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE PACKING SLIP OR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Family Life Brands reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange (in-store and/or online) based on:

  • The condition of the item being returned

  • Irregular or excessive returns history

  • Possible criminal or fraudulent activity
