Joshua Sr. & Cherish Sims are the co-founders of Family Life Brands, the Parent company of HBCU Nightly, For the moms in the room & Modern Life Company. Though this company traces its history back three generations, the value of that history is alive and well throughout our company in current day.

JOSHUA SIMS SR.
As the great-grandson of a southern sharecropper, the grandson of a sharecropper, educator & entrepreneur and the son of a serial entrepreneur, Joshua's entire life's goal has been to forward vertically integrate his family's business into the new age.

CHERISH SIMS
As the grand-daughter of a childcare entrepreneur and daughter of a child-care entrepreneur, Cherish always valued family at the core center of business. Her goal has always been to create a family based environment for our staff, customers and community, in all of our stores.
